Former reality TV personality Josh Duggar appears to have had his prison term extended by a couple of months.

The 38-year-old FCI Seagoville inmate serving 151 months for possessing child sex abuse material is slated to be released from his Texas cell on Feb. 2, 2033.

This is the third time the “19 Kids and Counting” star had his prison time extended, according to People. Duggar was initially scheduled for release in August 2032. His show was canceled in 2016 following accusations that he’d molested several victims including his own siblings. He was the eldest of the children featured on his TLC program between 2008 and 2015.

Duggar was charged with two counts of downloading and possessing child sex abuse materials in April 2021. That verdict remains under appeal.

His attorney told People said Duggar’s extended prison stay may be due to corrections’ program availability, “which is wholly out of the inmate’s control.”

Amy Duggar King said on Instagram last week that her troubled cousin had time added to his sentence for an unspecified “rules violation” that also landed him in solitary confinement.

“His release date has been pushed back so we can praise God for that,” she said.

Duggar’s father was a two-term Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives. He too had been politically active prior to his arrest. He’s a married father of seven, whose wife, Anna, breeds golden retrievers in Arkansas.
