Kris Jenner hasn't ruled out marrying Corey Gamble.

The 70-year-old reality star - who has Kourtney, 47, Kim, 45, Khloe, 31, and Rob, 39, with her late first husband Robert Kardashian and Kendall, 30, and 28-year-old Kylie with second ex-spouse Caitlyn Jenner - has been dating the 45-year-old hunk for more than a decade and while she at first dismissed the idea there are "wedding bells" in the future, she admitted she doesn't know what the future holds.

During an appearance on Khloe's Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, Kris said when asked about tying the knot: "No, You never know."

Khloe said: "You don't need to get married again."

But Kris replied: "You just never know.

"I'm full of surprises... [You could] be a flower girl."

The Kardashians star also addressed break-up rumours about her and Corey, admitting they bother her partner far more than they do her.

Asked if she got frustrated about speculation last September that they were going their separate ways, she said: "Not anymore. I mean, did it bother me at the time? I think it bothered, maybe him more than it bothered me. I don't know. You'd have to ask Corey."

Elsewhere during the interview, Kris admitted she is "obsessed" with the doctor who carried out her second facelift last year as she couldn't be happier with the results.

She said: "The headline right now is that I hate my facelift and that I'm furious at my doctor Steve Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth.

"It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him.

"One of the most talented, amazing men I've ever met and somebody who really put his heart and soul into what he did for me and any patient he has."

Kris also hit out at reports pitting herself and Lori Loughlin against one another.

She said: "I got a text from Lori Loughlin, [and] doesn't she look beautiful?.

"She's beautiful on the inside, too. She's such a nice girl [and] she wrote me yesterday or last night and she said she didn't even say anything. She just sent an article that said, 'I was really furious because her facelift looks better than mine.'

"I'm thinking, where do people come up with this stuff? And I think just pitting people against each other, especially women, against each other, when we should all really be building each other up and being wanting each other to win."

The showbiz matriarch insisted she is far too busy to "dwell on things" like that.

She said: "I work 25 hours a day. I don't really have time to dwell on things because I'm so busy and I have such natural distractions with my real life and the things that really matter to me.

"My grandchildren, my children, me, my mom, Cici [Bussey], Corey [Gamble], all of us. I feel like I have such a full blessed life."
